With regard to Brexit, we inform our customers that from January 1st 2021 all orders from the United Kingdom will be subject to the same conditions of sale and return of goods that apply to non-EU countries.

Therefore we inform you that refunds in case of return of the goods will be subject to the withholding of the costs of duties and other charges that the Italian customs will charge us.

Our international couriers have assured us that they are doing their best to provide a fast and reliable service despite the Pandemic.

However, due to the procedures involving social distancing and the slowdowns of the global courier network, which can occur at certain times of the year and which add to the problems of the pandemic, there could be delays in deliveries.

We invite you to constantly follow the tracking that we provide, so that you can be constantly informed about your shipment and you can contact the courier directly in case of specific needs.

Remember that current regulations provide that deliveries can take place without contact, make sure you are present or inform the courier if you are not available on the expected day of delivery: we will not be able to respond to disputes in case of missing parcels due to lack of the recipient at the moment of delivery

The first thing to do when purchasing in our shop is to read the conditions of use and the rules for returning the products.
When you find a product you like, read the description carefully and check the measurements in the appropriate table.
Once you have made your decision, put the product in the cart and follow the payment procedures.

Our products, being exclusive and produced in limited quantities, are often sold out at the beginning of the season and, sometimes, as soon as they are put online, we recommend that you visit the site often to be the first to see our products.

An email will be sent to you with the confirmation of your order, and when your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking codes to track your order on the courier or postal system website.

Sometimes, especially during special events, sales or promotions, the high number of visitors could slow down the site: don’t worry, everything will work fine, you just need to have a little more patience.
